Meet Warda Khan, our lead therapist, whose diverse background enriches her therapeutic approach. An immigrant and former high school teacher, Warda brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her practice. As a dedicated mother of three, she understands the complexities of family dynamics and cultural nuances, offering her clients a unique perspective. Fluent in English, Urdu, and Hindi, Warda effectively connects with individuals from various backgrounds, ensuring a compassionate and inclusive therapeutic environment.

Support Groups

Our support groups provide a safe welcoming space to talk, share, and heal together. Whether you are a child learning to express emotions, a parent navigating stress, or a senior facing isolation or change, these groups offer meaningful mental health support.

Led by a registered psychotherapist, each group focuses on building emotional resilience, reducing stigma, and creating a sense of community. Some groups are free, others are paid - but all are rooted in care and compassion.
